Privacy Notice

We process account identifiers, submitted images and lyrics, task and order records, safety review records and necessary technical logs to operate the tool, protect accounts, allocate credits and deliver results. We do not ask customers to upload human faces or voice samples.

Selected images stay in the browser until an authenticated upload is requested. Uploaded images and customer results are stored privately. Access requires the correct account or a short-lived authorized delivery link. There is no public customer gallery.

Customer source images expire after up to 24 hours and videos after up to 7 days; you can delete them earlier. Deleted or expired delivery files are not promised to be recoverable. Necessary order, security and dispute records may be retained for their applicable purpose, without a claim of permanent storage of all media.

Necessary processors include Cloudflare for hosting, database and private storage; KIE and the disclosed model providers for requested generation or review; Google if you choose configured Google sign-in; and Waffo if an approved payment flow is enabled. Review may include submitted media and actual output audio. These services have their own processing terms.

We do not add advertising trackers or GA4 by default, sell private uploads, or claim control of each upstream provider's retention. Service and safety logs are separate from optional marketing attribution. Contact support@hotellobbyclip.com for access/deletion questions or complaints.
